With the continuous rapid development of the logistics and warehousing industry, the demand for three-dimensional warehouse equipment is increasing. As the core equipment of three-dimensional warehouses, the application of aisle stackers is also increasing, resulting in insufficient factory production capacity and inability to meet market demand. In order to improve the processing efficiency of the stacker crane, this article refers to the single beam structure of the bridge crane and conducts adaptive design. It is applied to the column structure of the stacker crane, and the difference in mechanical performance between the new structure and the original structure is verified through finite element analysis. Based on the comparison results, the new structure is optimized and designed to achieve better performance than the original structure. The stacker crane designed in this article has been installed and debugged, and the overall operation effect is good, meeting the performance requirements of the school for stackers. It can also provide technical reference for various universities and small and medium-sized enterprises to build automated warehouses.
