The IV Industrial Revolution brought great technological changes to modern life, and these changes have come as far as the world of work. Such changes could be well observed in the first two decades of the 21st century, where new business models anchored in digital platforms guided the deconstruction and fragmentation of traditional business. This article is devoted to the study of the influence of the IV Industrial Revolution on the formation of Information economic sectors, the development of new industrial structures and at the same time innovative technoparks. The issues of the impact of this industrial revolution on the functioning of modern economic structures and the general economy were investigated. The article examined the Industrial Revolution, its essence, features and components. Its goals, principles and main objectives have been studied. At the same time, scientific innovations and main driving forces were identified in this area. The significant role and significance of the industrial revolution in the innovative economic development of countries is shown. Relevant recommendations were made on the importance of the new industrial revolution in Azerbaijan and its importance in the petrochemical field.
