Robot-Assisted Ureteral Reconstruction
摘要
Robot-assisted ureteral reconstruction addresses various ureteral pathologies. Techniques are adapted based on the location, length, and etiology of the ureteral strictures. Drawing on collective experience with managing complex ureteral strictures via minimally invasive robotic techniques, we present the different options available to the surgeon based on the characteristics stated above. We will share our preferred techniques as well as adjunct maneuvers and technologies that have been shown to improve success rates. Some of the dogma that has been suggested in years prior will be challenged and much of the success we have learned from those before us will be amplified.
