Documentaries, the Mirror of Algerian Reality
摘要
El gusto is a word of Spanish origin that was once used in multicultural colonial society to designate refined taste and/or good humor. It’s also a return to the ancient theme of the dove’s lost necklace. It recalls the nostalgic times of the Arab presence in Andalusia when Muslims and Jews lived in close harmony in Cordoba and Granada, playing music and creating strong intellectual links as Al Mamouni and Averoes did.
