Resources for Emotion Detection: Lexicons and Annotated Datasets
摘要
This chapter explores the development of emotion lexicons and annotated datasets categorising words into emotional categories and dimensions. We will introduce foundational emotion lexicons such as the NRC-Emotion Lexicon, DepecheMood, and WORDNET-AFFECT. Additionally, we will discuss annotated datasets collected and labelled to detect a vast array of emotion categories and dimensions. Our goal is to provide the readers with a methodological foundation regarding the resources commonly used to train and test the Natural Language Processing (NLP) and the Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems presented in Chaps. 4 , 5 , and 6 .
