Promotion and Protection of Products of Origin in Chile. The Role of the State
摘要
This work seeks to demonstrate the convenience of government programs for the promotion and protection of products of origin, through the use of industrial property rights and the advantages that this offers to developing countries. Similarly, it seeks to demonstrate the need for an active and effective role in accompanying producers and artisans on the part of the different government agencies linked to such products, to design and execute actions that allow: (i) improvement of the associativity, (iii) giving temporal continuity to traditional practices (iii) strengthening of the associated territory (iv) improvement of local productive practices and (v) productive economic projection.
