This chapter looks at Digital Transformation from the viewpoint of a regional hospital. The current digital offering of IS systems is described, as is the content of the hospital website. Then, the activities leading up to development of a report about Digital Transformation are described, along with the Digital Transformation opportunities that were identified. The response of medical staff to the contents of the report is outlined.
