Traceable Health Data Sharing Based-on Blockchain
摘要
With the advent of the digital age, the generation and storage of health data is growing exponentially. However, the effective sharing of health data has always been a problem of concern. Traditional health data sharing methods have many problems, including challenges in data security, privacy protection and data traceability. Based on this, this paper proposes traceable health data sharing based on blockchain (T-HDSB) which aims to solve the problems existing in traditional sharing methods. In T-HDSB, a traceable CP-ABE scheme is designed, which embeds the digital certificate containing personal information into the ciphertext, and when the data is leaked, the relevant responsible person can be tracked through the identity address in the digital certificate. In addition, a kind of log about the states of date sharing is designed, which records the states of each step of sharing, can be used to review the problems in the sharing process, and is stored on the chain in JSON format. Finally, the T-HDSB is tested on XuperChain, and the experimental results show that T-HDSB not only improves the system security, but also has certain advantages in system time overhead.
