Characterization of Composite Properties at Different Temperatures
摘要
A temperature-dependent formulation of material properties is essential to analyze the structural behavior under distributed thermal conditions, which is covered by working hypothesis 1 (see Sect. 2.3 ). This chapter describes the experimental characterization program and the evaluation procedure employed to determine material properties at a range of distinct temperatures. The focus is on the mechanical properties needed for analyzing the design criteria (buckling and strength), conf. Sect. 3.3. Thermal properties are not investigated by this characterization program.
