Examining the Impact of Trust and Satisfaction on the Adoption of Online Banking

The research begins with an overview of the growing importance of online banking in Bahrain's financial sector, citing trust and satisfaction as critical characteristics that may influence users' adoption rates. It recognizes the fast technical improvements and cultural differences that shape this study. Methodology: The research uses a comprehensive literature review to develop a theoretical framework by analyzing relevant academic papers. The secondary data, gathered from a variety of comparative and empirical research, allows for a thorough examination of the current knowledge of the dynamics of trust, satisfaction, and online banking uptake. Findings: show a substantial link between improved security measures and greater user trust. Furthermore, a user-friendly interface is strongly connected with customer satisfaction, which in turn promotes adoption intentions. The study emphasizes the bidirectional link between trust and satisfaction, which combined create a virtuous cycle that promotes online banking usage. Conclusions: The research found that trust and satisfaction are key factors in Bahrain's use of online banking services. It makes concrete suggestions for financial organizations, highlighting the need of enhanced security, better user interfaces, and personalized client education. These tactics are crucial to creating a favourable climate for the expansion of online banking services in the area.
