Through a meticulous review of secondary data sourced from peer-reviewed journals, industry reports, and existing literature, this research elucidates the multifaceted effects of integrity on organizational practices and outcomes. Methods: Employing a qualitative synthesis approach, the study systematically analyzed academic articles, case studies, and empirical reports spanning the last two decades. The focus was on identifying themes and patterns related to ethical dilemmas, conflicts of interest, and instances of fraud in the business world, along with the strategies employed by organizations to combat these issues.
