This conceptual paper delves into the correlation between Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and its impact on students’ behaviors. Our study suggests that universities implementing ICT may have an influence on the behaviors exhibited by their students, consequently affecting both educational institutions and student outcomes. Drawing upon existing research, we present a conceptual framework that illustrates the relationship between the impact of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and students’ behaviors. Each proposition in the framework is substantiated by relevant literature. It is worth noting that the examination of the relationship between ICT and students’ behaviors in Palestinian Universities remains an area that has received limited research attention.
