Construction site transport vehicles are vehicles used to transport construction materials, tools and personnel during construction. The traditional construction site transport vehicle design has problems such as single function, low efficiency, and poor flexibility. This article uses a user journey map, Maslow needs analysis and other research methods to propose a construction site transport vehicle design plan based on modular structure innovation. It designs engineering modules that meet the transportation needs of various building materials and provides materials, rest and social interaction. The service modules of the platform can be assembled and disassembled by workers as needed. Through modular design, this solution flexibly expands the functions of the transport vehicle, improves ergonomic performance, effectively meets the diverse transportation needs of the construction site, and improves work efficiency.
