Impact of Outsourcing on Employees of Government Entities

This paper explores the impact of outsourcing on employees of government entities. As governments increasingly turn to outsourcing to cut costs and improve efficiency, understanding its effects on the workforce becomes essential. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a purposeful sampling method to survey employees from three government entities. The findings provide insights into employees’ perceptions of outsourcing's impact on various aspects, including job satisfaction, growth promotion, and stress management. The analysis includes descriptive statistics, t-tests for gender differences, and a reliability test using SPSS.
