Impact of Employee Incentives on Productivity in the Privately-Owned Heavy Machinery Trading Sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain

This study investigates the impact of internal and external factors on employee incentives in the privately-owned heavy machinery trading sector in Bahrain. Utilizing quantitative methods, data was collected from employees and line managers. Regression analysis supports significant effects on employee incentives and productivity. The findings provide actionable insights for organizations to enhance incentive systems, fostering employee satisfaction and organizational growth. Recommendations include addressing dissatisfaction, improving resource utilization, and enhancing communication channels. Further research is proposed to explore the impact of monetary incentives in this industry.
