This work aims to provide a comparative overview of judicial auctions in Croatia and other European countries, focusing on the application of process mining to analyze the process. The study employs process mining to analyze the work of court auctions. It includes a comparative analysis of process models derived from legal requirements and actual process models. Differences exist between the legally prescribed process model issued and the actual process model. The practical part of the study offers insights into various aspects of the sales process, facilitating a better understanding of these differences and enabling improvements in future processes. This pioneering work has practical implications that can significantly contribute to enhancing judicial auction procedures.
