At the end of this book, we would like to make a few closing remarks and give an outlook on further developments of the topic ‘Digital Sovereignty’, sometimes also referred to as ‘Sociodigital Sovereignty’, which we have by now covered in four volumes. Since new technologies like AI and other algorithmic systems as well as rapidly changing market conditions have a tremendous impact on companies and organizations as well as on employees at the individual workplace, the concept of Digital Sovereignty in our publications is focusing on both pillars.
