The study was conducted to find the relationship between emotional intelligence and aggression while comparing them and their domains with sex and three generations, namely, generation X, Y, and Z. The study also aimed to find which domains of emotional intelligence influence aggression for the same generation groups. The sample consisted of 150 individuals, 94 of whom were female and 56 of whom were male. In the complete sample, generation x included 35 individuals, generation y included 45 people, and generation z included 70 persons. The results obtained explained that EI and aggression were found to be negatively correlated. There was no significant difference between emotional intelligence and aggression as a whole and their domains among male and female participants. There was also no significant difference found between any domain except hostility, anger, and aggression as a whole when comparing it among generations x, y, and z at 0.05 level; difference was found to be mainly between generation x and generation z participants. In the case of generation x, it was found that emotional utilization was having a greater effect on aggression and was positively predicting the relationship than emotional control, which was negatively predicting it. It was also found that emotional control was negatively predicting its relationship with aggression for generation y, the same was the case for generation z.
