Cybersecurity is therefore a continuous challenge of countering new and changing attack vectors and malware with new and increasingly effective security controls. An important emerging challenge is to protect against AI-driven attacks that can learn and adapt to circumvent current security controls, and that also can scale up the volume of attacks to overwhelm defenders. The security industry is already responding to this challenge by offering defensive AI solutions.
