A Note on the Fast Stabilization of Controlled Discretized Vlasov–Poisson System

This chapter concerns the fast stabilization of the discretized Vlasov–Poisson system. The resultant system is a case of standard bilinear control systems in finite dimension. We prove, by using homogeneity properties of matrices operators, that the discretized Vlasov–Poisson system is stabilizable in fixed time and in small time. For illustration, examples of such systems are presented with numerical simulations.
