The primary objective of this study is to enhance drilling efficiency and reduce operational costs for drilling tools by optimizing the Rate of Penetration (ROP). To achieve this, three optimization methods are compared in this chapter. Mathematical models are developed using Eckel’s equation, Galle and Woods equation, and a regression model. The obtained results demonstrate a considerable and noteworthy improvement potential.

摘要
