Reconnoitering Marketing Strategies in E-Commerce Post the Pandemic: An Analytical Investigation

Post the COVID-19 crisis, a profound shift towards a digitally-driven world has emerged, accelerating the adoption of digital technologies by organizations and individuals virtually overnight. This transformation has led to increased reliance on digital technologies, including AI-driven personalized recommendations, virtual shopping experiences, and seamless payment solutions. Moreover, businesses are leveraging data analytics to gain insights into consumer behavior and optimize their marketing strategies. The post-COVID e-commerce landscape is characterized by heightened competition and innovation, with companies focusing on enhancing user experiences, optimizing supply chains, and expanding their digital footprint. Employing quantitative and descriptive research methodologies, this study utilized structured questionnaires and schedules to collect necessary data, which were then analyzed using chi-square and Likert tests. The findings highlight several factors crucial for e-commerce to fulfill customer expectations. Additionally, the study offers valuable recommendations aimed at addressing the challenges outlined in the paper.
