This research paper explores the financial literacy levels among migrant women labourers in India and identifies strategies to enhance their financial literacy. Migrant women labourers face various challenges such as low income, limited access to financial services, and lack of education. By improving their financial literacy, they can make informed decisions about saving, budgeting, and investing, ultimately empowering themselves economically. This paper reviews existing literature, conducts surveys and interviews with migrant women labourers, and proposes recommendations for policymakers, NGOs, and other stakeholders to address the financial literacy gap.
