Investment Technology, investment market and categories of investors have drastically changed over a period. The behaviour of individuals relies on the various internal and external factors that influence his/her decision-making. Among various factors, this article highlights the significant impact of three variables i.e., Investor decision-making is influenced by financial knowledge, financial stability, and financial involvement about online stock trading. The standardised coefficients demonstrate a robust positive correlation between online stock trading behaviours and Financial Literacy (β = 0.848), Financial Well-Being (β = 0.737), and Financial Experience (β = 0.793). The findings imply that retail investors who possess financial literacy, financial security, and financial experience are more likely to trade stocks online. This study sheds light on the variables that motivate involvement in this increasingly digitalized investment landscape by highlighting the critical role that technological applications play in influencing the behaviour of retail savers in the trading stocks online environment.
