As a way to counteract the degradation of the environment caused by organizations, green management efforts are becoming increasingly significant for forward-thinking business entities worldwide. This study investigates the effects of green human resources, their awareness, and their sustainability in a carbon-positive, water-positive, and nearly 100% solid waste recycling organization. Environmental sustainability is a significant concern as a major stakeholder in the tobacco sector. The responders are employed professionals who work for the corporation in the tobacco division. Most respondents are aware of their working environment and the steps they take to be environmentally friendly. The presentation and discussion of all additional conclusions of food safety practices and knowledge follow. As the effects of global warming spread around the world, green human resource management is an emerging trend that organizations should adopt as a remedy. The goal of the current study is to look into the benefits of sustainability, awareness, and green human resources at a business that is water-positive, carbon-positive, and almost entirely recyclable of solid waste. The market’s reliance on tobacco makes environmental sustainability a big concern. The responders are professionals who work for the company’s tobacco sector.
