Agritourism entrepreneurship serves as a transformative catalyst for sustainable farming and rural development, bringing diverse benefits to both agriculture and tourism. However, persistent gaps exist in understanding the determinants influencing the willingness of rural entrepreneurs to integrate agritourism and sustainable farming practices. This study addresses these gaps by exploring the interplay between rural youth entrepreneurial competence, attitudes, and their willingness to integrate agritourism and sustainable farming. Using content analysis, this research systematically dissects textual information derived from existing literature. This method offers a comprehensive understanding of the factors shaping the attitudes and competences of rural youth in their integration of agritourism. The study aims to uncover insights into the competencies crucial for entrepreneurial success in agritourism and sustainable farming, along with identifying key themes related to the willingness of rural youth to engage in these practices. In order to ensure successful integration, it is imperative to address the challenges faced by youth farmers entering the agritourism sector, particularly the deficiency in fundamental business competencies. The study not only acknowledges the potential of agritourism and sustainable farming practices in advancing rural development but also emphasizes the need for a comprehensive understanding to optimize their impact.

摘要
