In this chapter, we present examples of full detector systems at colliding beam experiments, for non-colliding beam environments and for medical applications. We start with colliding beam experiments presenting the BABAR experiment at PEPII, the Belle II experiment at Super KEKB, the LEP and SLC experiments ALEPH, DELPHI and SLD, the Tevatron experiment CDF, as well as the LHC experiments ATLAS, CMS, LHCb and ALICE. Though we see some similarity among the different colliding beam experiments, there are also some significant differences for some of them. The succeeding section presents the Mu2e, Superkamiokande, IceCube, LUX/LZ and CTA experiments. Finally we present a PET scanner.

摘要
