From Novice to Expert: Creative Processes in the Music Studio and Classroom
摘要
Historically, the subject of music in Swedish schools has moved from reproducing musical objects to an increasing focus on creativity. There are various qualities that children or students develop through creative work with artistic tools and materials. In the classroom the teacher can design a creative approach, which means, to help to formulate problems and find solutions, use role models and reflect with others. In this chapter, we apply Martin Lackéus’ concept of creating value in teaching and learning. The implementation of his concept is described through the feedback of a teacher and his students who have worked with digital music creation in school.
