Application of the Law of an Unrecognized State in Private International Law Including International Civil Proceedings: An Armenian Perspective
摘要
The article is dedicated to the application of the law of unrecognized states, a problem of great urgency. There are a large number of unrecognized states in the world involved in international cooperation. The recognition and application of their rights by recognized states is of great theoretical and practical importance. There are several opposing approaches to this problem in legal doctrine, but globalization is guiding the world to recognize that the law of unrecognized states should be “recognized”, which is a precondition for the realization and guarantee of civil (private) rights of citizens of unrecognized states.
