Current evidence suggests that the size of the central descemetorhexisDescemetorhexis should be limited to 4 mm, allowing central migration of peripheral endothelial cells, resolution of corneal edemaCorneal edema and increase in visual acuity in the majority of treated patients. Time to corneal clearance and visual recovery may be accelerated by the use of topical Rho kinase (ROCK) inhibitors as adjunctive treatmentTreatment after DSODescemet Stripping Only (DSO).
