摘要
This chapter describes a very common, severe complicationComplications after allogeneic hematopoetic stem cell transplantationAllogeneic hematopoetic stem cell transplantation (aHSCT). Ocular graft-versus-host diseaseOcular graft-versus-host disease (oGVHD) is an autoimmunological entity that occurs in up to 60% of patients after aHSCT. Due to its fast onset and rapid progression, oGVHD may lead to severe tissue damage, consecutive loss of visual function and pain and therefore significant reduction of quality-of-life. Examples of different forms and stages of oGVHD are presented and supplemented with therapeutic suggestions.
