Primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoid neoplasms (CTCL) comprise a heterogeneous group of neoplasms ranging from aggressive lymphoma to clinically benign lymphoproliferative disorders. The most common disease is mycosis fungoides (MF), followed by small-medium CD4+ lymphoproliferative disorder. The accurate diagnosis of CTCL depends on clinicopathological correlation.
