Flows in Piping Systems
摘要
Internal flows in pipelines and ducts are commonly encountered in all parts of our industrialized society. From delivering potable water to transporting chemicals and other industrial liquids, engineers have designed and constructed untold kilometers of relatively large-scale piping systems. Smaller piping units are also in abundance: in hydraulic controls, in heating and air conditioning systems, and in cardiovascular and pulmonary flow systems, to name only a few.
