This article will establish the necessity of ensuring clarity in the formation of natural gas supply tariffs within the context of providing informational and social security to society. A crucial element of efficient gas supply lies in well-established collaboration with its stakeholders, which, concurrently, is the most complex and unpredictable due to stakeholders’ insufficient understanding of the natural gas tariff formation process. Based on an analysis of the trending structural changes among stakeholders in the gas supply sector, key stakeholders in gas supply were identified. To facilitate effective communication with these key stakeholders in the context of enhancing awareness of the tariff-setting process and instilling an understanding of the importance of promoting sustainable development and environmental preservation, we have developed methods of education (proposing directions for the development of educational methods) for gas supply stakeholders. Among these, the following have been identified as key directions: expert education, informational resources, practical training, dialogue and consultation, monitoring and evaluation, international knowledge exchange. Such directions will contribute to the enlightenment of stakeholders and lead to the creation of a more optimized and transparent tariff formation process in the gas supply sector. Informing residential consumers about the tariff-setting process as key stakeholders in the gas supply sector will enhance the social security of individuals.
