Law documents play an important role in the law systems of every nation. However, the number of clauses in each document is large, and the question and answer (QnA) system is necessary. An approach based on a knowledge graph for building a QnA system has been studied by many researchers. In this chapter, we propose a procedure for building Knowledge Graph for Science and Technology Law and QnA system based on it by inferring relationships. The system can help users to find concepts and definitions in Science and Technology Law. Moreover, it can also determine processes and responsibilities. The experiment results show that the system is efficient for users’ typical searching about science and technology.

摘要
