Aggregating Judgments in Non Negotiable Group Decisions with External Information in Transport Systems
摘要
Companies are increasingly considering passengers’ preferences in the choice of transportation means when preparing their supply. This paper aims to aggregate decision-makers’ judgments regarding different transportation alternatives evaluated according to various criteria. To this end, remembering that socio-demographic characteristics may affect the choice, we consider these features as external information to compute a set of suitable weights in aggregating individual judgments according to the procedure introduced by Amenta et al. [2]. In addition, considering that sometimes information about decision-makers is not available a priori, we suggest using a clustering procedure that allows decision-makers to be classified into multiple groups. This classification is used as external information to aggregate the judgments.
