Flood is among the natural catastrophes which can be avoided. A lot of people and things get destroyed in a short amount of time. Before this, almost all present structures were only focused on specific regions. Additionally, most people need access to information and data regarding the weather, making it impossible to monitor and predict when a flood will occur. Every problem with the current system can be remedied by installing an Internet of Things (IoT) based Smart Surveillance System for Flood Monitoring. In both urban and rural settings, the proposed approach will work well. Furthermore, if the audience has internet connectivity, they may monitor what is happening or anticipate any oncoming flood at the web server. The suggested system with a low price in design is easy to operate. This work will monitor the water level at the web application, and the computer will broadcast a warning signal to the people for evacuation so that fast essential steps can be performed.
