Highly Accurate and Confident Basic Aircraft Noise Assessment Scenario
摘要
The basic airport noise scenario in the environmentally friendly aviation for all classes of aircraft (EFACA) project is formulated for the assessment of the contribution of a basic type of airplane and the new airplane designs required by the Clean Aviation program for regional airport and the hub. It is used to show the difference in noise exposure between these two important types of airports, especially for noise impact assessment countrywide or at higher areas of assessment. For a new clean regional turboprop airplane, the prototype is combined with the assessment of ATR-72 and Dash-8, which are operated at a few regional airports in Poland. Noise measurements were done by continuous noise monitoring systems along with ADS-B data processing and analysis for more adequate flight performance assessment during the departure and arrival flight stages. In such a way, it is possible to compare quite strictly the measured SEL with the calculated levels. On this basis, the computational model may be tuned to the actual exposure values, taking into account the possible changes in the aircraft control vector (thrust, speed). The chapter also highlights the effects of taking into account the ground surface influence on equal SEL contours due to terrain configuration around the airport, which are evidently different from the conditions of plane surface.
