The bony and soft tissue anatomy of the zygoma and orbit is described with particular emphasis on the orbit. The clinical examination of the patient with a zygomatico-orbital fracture is detailed, and treatment is outlined, including incisional approaches, reduction, and methods of fication. A separate section is devoted solely to orbital fractures and the complications of enophthalmos.
