Having demonstrated the similarities between traditional cultural groups and other societal collectives, the chapter provides examples of the potential of adopting a cross-cultural perspective when establishing diversityDiversity, equityEquity, and inclusionInclusion (DEI) practices designed to unlock the advantages of diverse military teamsMilitary teams.
