This chapter discusses how to localize culturally responsive collaboration for administrators, families, and educators who support students receiving special education services. The chapter begins with a discussion of culturally responsive collaboration in special education. The second section explores these complexities. The third section offers a discussion of strategies to foster culturally responsive collaborative efforts, including culturally responsive positive behavior improvement and supports. Strategies are provided via tables and a case study.
