Tendinopathies of the Ankle and Foot
摘要
Tendinopathy and tenosynovitis commonly affect the Achilles and the tibialis posterior tendons around the ankle; however, other tendons may also be affected and present diagnostic and therapeutic challenges. The mainstay of treatment is specific exercise programs. Tendoscopy is becoming increasingly popular; however, it has a considerable learning curve and some limitations. More recently, the introduction of in-office needle tendoscopy gives useful diagnostic and therapeutic opportunities.
