Implementation Tactics
摘要
Implementation tactics refer to the intentional methods and practices that managers and organizations use to carry out strategic or large-scale change initiatives. Although strategic initiatives promise substantial organizational transformation, many fail due to unclear or inadequately executed implementation steps. This entry provides a definition of implementation tactics, summarizing their relationship with strategic and change management processes, and the roles various organizational actors play in selecting and applying these tactics. It further reviews how researchers measure the effectiveness of implementation tactics and highlights key moderating factors.
