Law and Economics of Leadership
摘要
The Law and Economics of leadership is an interdisciplinary field analyzing leadership through the combined lenses of legal structures and economic theory. Law and Economics is applied to explore how formal laws, governance frameworks, economic incentives, and behavioral insights shape leadership behavior, decision-making, and organizational efficiency in day-to-day practice. This domain integrates various findings from institutional economics, agency theory, public choice theory, and behavioral law and economics to understand how rules, incentives, and institutions enable or constrain effective leadership across public, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. All these endeavors are targeted at gaining recommendations on how to flourish society with economically beneficial and legally-viable leadership strategies and management.
