Developing Globalized Methodologies of Leadership Through Wisdom Literature

Globalization is a diversified and complex phenomenon with an integrated approach of elaboration, which has dimensions of strategic learning through global leadership and enriches organizational business through various advances and value-added activities. The different contexts of diversity in global leadership emerge new possibilities for a global leader to enhance his potential. In this perspective, the theoretical framework of ancient Indian wisdom and cultural practices is contemplative and exemplary for policymaking and recognizing the ideal procedures of organizational functioning. It encompasses the vital and related aspects of accountability, vigilance, coherence, and fidelity, which present an appropriate scenario of strategic planning and development in global leadership and followership. This chapter presents integrative and innovative criteria of Indian classic insights to understand the required prudent strategies for leadership at a global level and their sensible implementation through a leader’s pragmatism and charisma. It also highlights the coercive force of the right strategy in the organizational culture and its profound effect on improving people’s relationship values.
