Nevertheless, women have slowly infiltrated the field of leadership and brought new approaches and new methods of leadership. The history, struggles, and achievement of women in the real estate business as leaders and the impact on organizational culture, innovation, and gender equality will be discussed in this entry. According to the history and the latest delivery of statistics, the study suggests that gender prejudice, lack of mentorship opportunities, and difficulty in personal and professional life management are some of the ancient barriers that need to be broken. It also discusses the leadership styles and styles flourished by successful female realtors which have been popular such as communication, emotional intelligence (EI), adaptability, strategic thinking, and resilience that encompass team dynamics and business growth. Further, the entry addresses the importance of the work–life balance and provides some practical ideas on the issues such as boundary setting, technology, and developing flexibility in the organization.
