Among its possibilities, AI-led resources can provide learners with immediate and effective feedback on their learning process, identify learners’ needs in the language learning process, facilitate personalized learning, and improve students’ motivation. Furthermore, AI can effectively reduce stress and anxiety as well as improve learners’ interaction in safe and low-pressure environments where they can practise without fear of judgment or failure. These tools can also support ubiquitous, adaptive, and flexible learning by providing access to educational resources anytime and anywhere and increase exposure to the target language. Finally, AI might also help reduce dropout rates and be a user-friendly communicative means for individuals with disabilities.
