Radiotherapy practices in pancreatic cancer are variable globally. Stereotactic ablative radiotherapy has been established as a modality of treatment for locally advanced inoperable pancreatic cancer. This chapter summarizes the criteria for resectability and radiological anatomy of the primary tumour and postoperative bed. Radiological anatomy of regional nodes and organs at risk are given with illustrations.
