Krukenberg Tumor
摘要
The most common primary malignancies that metastasize to the ovary are stomach, followed by appendix, colon, breast, small intestine, rectum, gallbladder, and urinary bladder. Young and colleagues point out that in his original paper, Krukenberg erroneously interpreted the neoplasm as a primary sarcoma containing mucinous cells and did not recognize that the tumor was metastatic.
