This entry shows how postdigital theory reconfigures our understanding of data, by emphasizing the complex, intertwined realities of contemporary life. By integrating socio-cultural, politico-economic, and environmental dimensions, postdigital data emerges as a concept beyond the limitations of techno-solutionism and techno-determinism. The essay examines three interrelated themes: society and citizenship, education and learning, and the environment.
